These bite sized snacks are inspired by our 'New England Comfort Food' episode of Real Food Real Kitchens. Guest Kevin's Mom would make cauliflower cheese bites in order to get him to eat his vegetables. It obviously worked well because to this day he still makes them along with many other traditional family dishes.
This chocolate cake recipe is a modern version of what our Grandmother used to make for us as children. It brings back childhood memories of celebration: Family, Food...Chocolate Cake, and Dad sneaking extra to us when we weren't supposed to have it!
