Red Juice Revival Recipe

Since we recently picked up the Tribest Slowstar Juicer, we have replaced coffee and soda as our afternoon 'pick me up' with this slow juiced Red Juice Revival Recipe.

Filled with both red and green juices like beets, carrots, kale, and spinach, this is a much healthier way to get that afternoon boost to get you through the day. It's also sweet and delicious!

4 to 5 medium carrots

2 medium beets

5 to 6 stems of kale

5 to 6 handfuls of fresh spinach

1/2 bundle of parsley

2 red apples

1 large cucumber


Feed your ingredients in to your juicer in the same order as above. Chill for about 30 minutes if you like it cold. Serve in 8oz servings (will make about 4) and enjoy!
