Snacking is one of our favorite things to do throughout the day. You will typically find us eating many small bites throughout the day rather than three main meals. For this reason being creative with snack creation is essential! We at least re-imagine traditional snacks like we did with this simple graham cracker snack.
To turn graham crackers into an easy and tasty after-school (or after work) snack, we added on a spread (you could use peanut butter, nut butter, or hazelnut spread, we opted for a 'cookies & cream' Cookie Spread by Amoretti) and a thick slice of banana. But be creative! You could pile on strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, shredded coconut and more. Let us know what you try!
