Coconut Pecan and Cranberry Dressing

Thank you to Florida based reader Julie Fuller, we now have this resolution to boring stuffing and boring cranberry sauce for the Holidays. Her family mixes the two together and adds a little coconut from some island flare! This recipe for coconut, pecan, and cranberry stuffing simplifies the Holiday kitchen shuffle and consolidates two favorites in to one; one less dish to make, one less dish to clean, all in about 30 minutes. 12 oz fresh cranberries

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup apricot preserves

Juice of one orange (about 3/4 cup)


Mix & bake at 350 for 30 min

Serve warm or cold
