Double Chocolate Hot Chocolate

Each year the Fall season brings on a wave of taste cravings like: pumpkin spice, warm apples, melted caramel, and hot chocolate! Real Food Real Kitchens presents this basic hot chocolate recipe that cures the choco-holic cravings for a hot minute this Holiday season. Three simple ingredients is all it takes to coat the throat with a deluge of heavenly chocolate.

1 cup of chocolate soy milk
1.55 ounces of milk chocolate (bar)
1 - .3 ounce piece of baking caramel

In a small pan, bring chocolate soy milk to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add baking caramel to soy milk while sitrring constantly until melted.
Break milk chocolate bar into quarters. Add each quarter to the soy milk while stirring constantly until melted. Add each quarter until then entire milk chocolate bar is melted.
Continue stirring and pour in to your favorite mug.

*optional - top with whipped cream and a dash of cocoa powder.
