Some of the most delicious ideas are born out of a simple acts of love, such is the case with Pretzel Perfection. Founder Amy Holyk began making her sometimes sweet sometimes savory pretzel clusters as an after-school treat for her children. She eventually started making them for their school events, birthday parties... and the real story begins there. Her Pretzel Perfections became so popular in her hometown she decided to make them in to a full time business that has come out of the home kitchen and in to a 'grown up' kitchen with a team of professionals constantly dreaming up new flavor combinations.
Speaking of flavor combinations, we had the chance to try three: Spicy Cherry Pistachio, Pacific Trail Clusters, and Salted Caramel Clusters. Pretzel Perfection uses fresh herbs and ingredients, that are also gluten free and Kosher, and each cluster was packed with chocolate and real dried cherries, pistachios, cashews, blueberries, sunflower seeds, sea salt and more. If those flavor combinations aren't far enough out of the box for you how about trying their Twice-Baked Pretzel Sticks in lemon toffee or chipotle BBQ?
