This years Winter Fancy Food Show was an awesome one and a first for Real Food Real Kitchens. We are psyched to have made it to beautiful San Francisco and discover some new specialty food brands and products. We noticed some very delicious trends this year and found enough great family food stories to fill up our 2014 calendar practically! The show is definitely time well spent for any food lover or company involved in the food industry.
A few of the trends we noticed along the way were: some great new teas from Numi (chocolate!!!), fruit salsas, monk fruit being used as a sweetener, salted caramel flavored items, beer flavored items, a sun dried tomatoe ketchup along with many other unique condiments, chia seeds, various forms of coconut, and artisan olive oils. Like we said, these were just a FEW of them, check out this great video compilation of food trends from this years Winter Fancy Food Show:
We can't wait to try out some of these delicious new items coming your way this year and to write all about them here at Real Food Real Kitchens!
