1 lb Ground beef
1 bell pepper chopped
1 sweet white onion chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp. of Italian seasoning
1 can tomatoes sauce
Half loaf of Italian bread
1/2 cup of ketchup
Take ground beef, add garlic salt salt pepper Italian seasoning the bell pepper and onions, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce and bread mix. Pat into a square shape and put it in a pan and bake on 350° for about 45-60min After 35 min, put ketchup on top cover with tin foil and poke holes to breath
MAC N' CHEESE
1 16oz box of elbow noodles
2 lb of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Milk
Cook the noodles as instructed by the packaging.
Drain the noodles and return them to the same pot.
Add milk, eggs and 1 1/2 lb of cheese. Stir it all together then transfer to a medium baking dish.
Top with the rest of the remaining cheese and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes on 350° or until cheese is golden on top.
1 lb of fresh okra, chopped
Oil for frying
Add okra to eggs, then flour. Deep fry them and take them out when they began to float or until they are golden brown.
