The Foley’s – Seafood Bake – Peter’s Cocktail Sauce
The Foley’s made an inspired Seafood Bake for the series. Peter Foley, the kitchen magician, made a simple yet knock-your-taste-buds-off cocktail sauce to go along with their seafood delight.
A quote to live by from Peter when making this cocktail sauce, “Very easy to make your own. Don’t buy the store brand stuff, it’s not as good.”
1 cup ketchup
4 tablespoons Horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
Roll the fresh lemon on your cutting board to make it easier to juice. Cut lemon in half and then squeeze the juice in to a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients together in the same bowl with the juice and adjust the seasoning to taste.
TIP: Add either more ketchup to dilute or more horseradish to spice it up!
